Saltwater Place, a state of the art student accommodation in Plymouth comprises a total of 348 contemporary studios and cluster apartments. The development consists of two blocks, a 13 storey modular building and a 10 storey studio block constructed using concrete frame and bath pods. The Pickstock Group delivered a turnkey solution for this student accommodation scheme in Plymouth city centre. Sister company Pickstock Construction delivered the traditional construction works whilst its offsite manufacturing business Elements Europe delivered its offsite requirements including 349 Room Modules and 60 Bathroom Pods.

Once a redundant and unattractive garage, Saltwater Place has contributed to the rejuvenation of the south west quarter of the city and the scheme will be opening its doors this September to welcome students. Operated by Homes for Students, The Pickstock Group Real Estate will proceed to stabilise the asset.
