The Pickstock Group Real Estate is an established multi-sector property developer and real estate investor with a focus on residential, commercial, student accommodation and hospitality.

We undertake the full property development life cycle spanning site identification and assembly, planning and development management through to ongoing asset management. In-house we also have designers, legal counsel and an accounts team, adding value to projects through a collaborated execution in everything we endeavour.

What makes us unique as a developer is the construction expertise we can draw from within The Pickstock Group. Founded in the early 1980’s traditional construction was the start of the Group’s journey and in over 40 years has delivered innovative projects in the industrial, commercial, healthcare, residential, hospitality and student accommodation sectors.

In 2005 the Group founded Elements Europe, an offsite construction company which is now one of the leading UK offsite manufacturers, manufacturing bathroom pods and full-room modules for leading UK contractors as well as offering a full turn key construction service using its offsite building solutions. We collaborate with Elements Europe for high occupancy projects such as hotels and to deliver an expedited build and therefore quicker return on investment.
