This site, located on Stratford high street was formally a Porsche dealership and will allow for a 360,000sqft build to rent development which will see between 21 and 29 stories of accommodation. The development will include amenities as well as commercial space on the ground floor.

The Pickstock Group Real Estates has entered into a conditional contract to acquire the site, secure planning and undertake the development. This will be The Pickstock Group’s flagship Build to Rent scheme and will form the first of a pipeline of sites developed specifically for Build to Rent.
