We are aiming to significantly increase our pipeline of sites across all sectors in the UK, including principally hotel and residential, where we will consider those sites with and without planning.

Further to the above, we specialise in unlocking complex sites with infrastructure issues and including development over or adjacent to railways. We are able to move quickly through utilising our funds from across the group and will consider all deal structures, including Joint Ventures.
